They had just finished pouring my patio when we got an unexpected rain shower. The owner and his crew came back immediately after the rain stopped and refloated and restamped the concrete. Had a patio done via New Concrete Creations. Overall The price for the patio was great considering quality of the concrete. No skimping on rebar in this patio. The first day was framing and preparation the second day was pouring the foundation. Ray and team helped me move the spa... an move all my stuff to complete the pour. Everything worked out great. The splatter of concrete was minimal, still need to clean up a little bit of minor splatters using some acid. Overall patio is a great addition. Makes such a difference for the house to be able to go outside without getting muddy feet. It's clear to me that Ray has a lot of experience with concrete and this is why I hired him. It's important that the contractor uses the right amount of rebar and the concrete is the right mix for the job. In my case we used 4,000 PSI concrete with additives to minimize cracking. The framing was done well.
